My order is wrong/faulty. What do I do?
Should you receive an item you did not order, or if any item arrives damaged, rest assured we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you. There is no requirement to return the erroneous or faulty item. Instead, kindly forward an email to info@chopped-tees.com, attaching photographs of the incorrect or defective product(s), and we will expedite a resolution for you.

Please be aware that it is imperative to reach out to us within 10 business days following your delivery. Failure to do so may limit our ability to provide a replacement for you.
My order isn't wrong or faulty, but it's not what I expected. What do I do?
Please do inform us if you encounter any issues with your order. Although our standard policy does not include replacements or refunds for items unless they were dispatched in error, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. Should Chopped Tees determine that the quality of your order does not meet our standards, we will liaise with our printing suppliers to address the issue and explore potential solutions.
Why is my order taking longer to be delivered than expected?
Several factors may contribute to extended delivery times for your order. One of the primary reasons is the geographic distance between your shipping address and our nearest fulfillment center, which may result in a slight delay in shipping.

For customers residing in Europe, it is likely that your order is being dispatched from another country within the European Union.

We encourage you to review the Estimated Delivery Time listed on each product page for specific information regarding the delivery timeline.

The majority of our orders are delivered within 7-10 days, often sooner.

Particularly during peak shopping and delivery seasons, such as the Christmas holidays, we kindly request your patience as these periods may affect delivery times.

Only some of my items were delivered, what do I do?
It is not uncommon for customers to receive multiple deliveries for a single order. This situation arises when our suppliers are unable to fulfill the entire order at once, necessitating the division of the order into separate shipments.

A typical example of this occurs when ordering items such as hats and shirts. Given that these products are manufactured independently, they will likely be dispatched and delivered at different times.

For the most up-to-date information regarding your delivery status, we recommend creating a Chopped Tees account using the same email address utilized for the purchase. Within your account, you will find detailed delivery information, including updates on any items that are still in transit.
